黄岳博士,2020年毕业于耶鲁大学法学院,获司法科学博士(J.S.D.)学位;2017年毕业于香港大学法律学院,获法学博士(Ph.D)学位。主要研究领域为环境和能源法、国际投资法及国家安全法。曾任耶鲁大学中国法律中心研究员,科文顿柏灵律师事务所华盛顿办公室律师,并曾在耶鲁大学、斯坦佛大学任教。在担任律师和研究员期间,曾和美国多位前政府高级官员及拜登政府高级官员进行深入工作合作和交流,并多次受邀为美国、英国、新加坡律师讲授中国法和比较法课程。
